The role

This outstanding firm is seeking a Leasehold Enfranchisement Paralegal to join their office which is based close to Euston, Central London.

You will join a very established department, you will take over a high-quality caseload, mainly on the Residential side it will often be high-value. A good proportion of the work will be a mixture of Contentious Enfranchisement and right to manage cases. You will also deal with; forfeiture, leasehold advice, applications to the first and upper tier tribunal, leasehold and freehold disputes, service charge disputes, section 20, possession, breach of covenant, vesting orders, boundary disputes and licenses for alteration. This role comes with excellent opportunities for progression.

This firm have an outstanding reputation amongst agents for dealing with HNW transactions. They believe in adding real value to client's transactions. This will be a hands-on role where you will be involved in all stages of the Conveyancing process, dealing with the highest quality caseload.

This role does come with high prospects of a training contract for the right candidate.

Requirements

  • You will be a Paralegal with at least one years' experience in Leasehold Enfranchisement (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • You should have a passion for property work
  • You will be a bright, articulate and ambitious individual who is keen to progress
  • You do not necessarily need to have an LPC
  • Salary is dependent on your level of experience although up to £31k
