Legal Counsel

We have a great opportunity for a lawyer keen to move into the gaming/tech industry, working for an innovative, fast moving company.

The role is to work within a legal team that works on projects around the globe with a wide variety of stakeholders, such as M&A, general commercial contracts, employment contracts and IT contracts.

You will be working in a team of 4 legal professionals that enjoy working in a collaborative nature, with people in the London office and further afield. You will need to be as equally capable of working in a team as well as on your own with little to no support.

The General Counsel is a very engaging person, who aims to up-skill everyone in the team via coaching and allowing the legal team to put z stamp on their work, which in turn keeps everyone fully engaged and pulling in the same direction.

You will be offered a competitive salary and a great benefits package that includes flexible working and a performance bonus up to 25% of your salary.

Ideally, you will have qualified as a Solicitor in the UK (or equivalent) and have 3-6yrs PQE working within a corporate and commercial environment, whether that be in-house already or, within a well respected law firm.
