Legal Counsel (8+ PQE) - 14538/TTL

This highly regarded fintech is seeking a senior lawyer with business acumen to join their China’s legal and compliance team. You will be accountable for the provision of legal and regulatory advice on daily operations, general commercial matters and transactions. Ideally, you have dual qualifications in both the PRC and the US/UK with over 8 years’ PQE in a financial services or internet/I.T. company. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision is highly desirable. A good team player with strong legal knowledge plus excellent interpersonal and communication skills is preferred.  You must have fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese for the role.
