An excellent opportunity has arisen at an award winning mid-sized firm for a Real Estate Litigation Paralegal.

The team advise on a range of Real Estate Litigation matters, from lease renewals, overdue rent, dilapidations, and rights of way and also construction disputes and property fraud. They boast an excellent client base of well-known property developers, shopping centre owners and high net worth individuals.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented Paralegal who wants to gain hands on litigation experience as you will get the chance to run your own files and having a high level of client contact.

The team is tight knit and the partner has a real passion for mentoring and developing paralegals in the team. The reason the role has arisen is because the current Paralegal will be starting a training contract with the firm in September.

If you have Real Estate Litigation experience that would be ideal, however the firm are open to applications from Paralegals with excellent academics and some general litigation experience from a well-known city, west end or regional firm.

If you are a talented Paralegal seeking to break into a City firm with prospects for a training contract, this could be the role for you!

The role is initially a 6 month contract, but is rolling so is essentially a permanent role.
