An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Conflicts Professional as a Conflicts Supervisor.

The Conflicts Supervisor role is a newly created position to assist the Conflicts Manager with the day to day management of the team; providing training and mentoring to develop the team, and technical expertise for complex conflicts queries.

This role may suit a Senior Conflicts Analyst/Officer who has been unofficially taking on the duties of a team leader and is now looking to make the step into an officially recognised Supervisor role, or an existing Conflicts Team Leader/Supervisor who is seeking a newly created role where they can really put their stamp on the role.

The Conflicts Manager is really keen to recruit this role and is looking forward to finding someone they can work closely with, to bounce ideas off for the strategic level as well as to assist with the development and growth of the team.
