Our client, who are have a long established history and a fantastic reputation for providing first class customer care are seeking to recruit an experienced Private Client Solicitor.

You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include but not limited to;

• Transfer of equity
• Wills & Probate
• Lasting powers of attorney
• Administration of estates
• inheritance tax
• Capital gains tax

Business development will be a key part to the role as they look to further develop their department and grow the business.

As a Private Client Solicitor you will be qualified as solicitor or legal executive with a minimum of 2 years experience. You will already have dealt with Private Client matters in your previous role. STEP would be an advantage but not a deal breaker for the role.
