Corporate and Banking Paralegal – London

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced corporate and banking paralegal to join an established team based in London. This is a hands-on role where the successful paralegal will handle a diverse caseload of ancillary documents on banking and corporate transactions included but not limited to CP lists, board minutes, shareholder resolutions, security documents, director’s certificates, security notices and intra-group loan agreements). Some company secretarial experience would be highly advantageous but not essential. This role is suited to a paralegal with previous experience of corporate and banking law who is looking to develop the knowledge and skills to the next level.

The candidate:

• Educated to degree level ideally LLB or equivalent  
• Sound legal knowledge and drafting skills
• Highly IT literate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organisational skill and the ability to prioritise own workload
