Anakin Seal are representing leading, legal 500 law firm in Newcastle, who seek to employ an experienced RTA fee earner to join their expanding team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years' experience handling a pre-litigated and litigated RTA caseload. Ideally you will have experience handling fraud cases, though this is not essential as full training will be provided.
You will be an experienced fee earner (paralegal or legal executive) with a sound litigation background gained within a personal injury environment.
You will be responsible for handling your own caseload of pre-lit and litigated cases and, be responsible for supporting the more experienced fee earners on more complex or larger fraud cases.
The work includes:
- Organised (ringed) fraud;
- Contrived claims;
- Minimal impact cases;
- Phantom passengers; and
- Exaggerated claims.
The successful candidate will be offered a salary of up to £28,000 (dependant on experience) and will be given the opportunity to work and progress within an award winning team.
