Exceptional opportunity for a commercial property solicitor to join a national and Legal 500 ranked commercial property team in Leicester.

The role:

* The team is made up of experts within the commercial property field dealing with developing, letting, funding and trading of land to a range of corporate and commercial clients as well as public authorities.
* This particular team has a strong focus on development work for a range of clients
* You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, progression at an early stage in your career and a great level of client contact.

Candidate Requirements:

* You will be a mid level commercial property solicitor with experience over three years PQE ideally
* You will have a good general commercial property knowledge
* In this particular team you will deal with options, promotions and development agreements and strategic land matters so experience of the same is highly desirable
