Senior Commercial Solicitor

You will be an instrumental Senior Solicitor in the Commercial team, and be responsible for the delivery of work at the highest level in M&A's, procurement, outsourcing, collaboration, joint ventures, drafting, reviewing and negotiating trading agreements and providing advice on IT agreements, licenses and SLA's for developers and purchasers.

The Role

The firm are looking for a Senior Commercial Solicitor to join their flourishing and high tech Commercial office in Maidstone, Kent.

This huge, flourishing Commercial department regularly deal with high level work internationally and nationally, dealing with high end contracts, corporate/commercial advice, procurement, outsourcing, collaboration and joint ventures, organizational structures and duties.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the highest billing and highly ranked Solicitors and Partners in the industry, alongside friendly teams with a great work life balance and retention rates that are second to none, with clear routes of progression.

You will provide advice and services to a wide range of mid to high end clients and companies, whilst being given the support and skills to business develop and market for the firm, and cross refer work to the Employment and Litigation departments.
