The Role

The firm are looking for a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer (5+ PQE) to join this nationally regarded and acclaimed law firm in Chichester, West Sussex.

The Commercial Property team assist public and private companies, financial institutions, retailers, institutional and individual investors and developers, corporate and government occupiers, landed estates and businesses with specific property requirements.

The team works on a variety of Real Estate matters, including: funding, planning, acquisition and development, asset management and disposal. They are also supported by one of the biggest Dispute Resolution teams in the South East, who work in tandem with the Commercial Property team.

You will work alongside Partners and Solicitors widely recognized as some of the best in the industry, and who are Legal 500 recognised in their field, and work on the highest quality, highest value Property transactions and cases that the firm brings in, as well as being given the support to business develop and market for the firm, and to build your client base to greater heights.
