The Role

The firm are looking for a Commercial Property Partner to join this nationally regarded and acclaimed law firm in Crawley, West Sussex.

The team are award winning and deal with a multitude of high net worth Commercial Property matters including drafting new leases and advising on existing leases, license to assign, acquisition of freehold and subject to leasehold properties, and more. The team also deals with acquisition of land for development and redevelopment, diversification of agricultural land, owning and occupying commercial property, buying and selling investment properties, mortgaging commercial property, and company sale and purchase.

You will join a strong, financially backed Commercial Property department, work on the highest end Commercial Property matters, lead some of the best Solicitors and Partners in the industry, and be instrumental in leading and driving the Commercial Property department to the next level.

You will supervise and train junior members and Solicitors in the team, market and business develop for the firm, and be a key figure in the firm's innovation and expansion; the firm has very exciting plans for the future.

You will be given a huge level of responsibility.
