THE FIRM

Due to successful growth an opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancer; Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner to join this well established, full service, North West practice with offices in Chester, Chorley, Leyland, Manchester, Morecambe, Preston and Southport.

THE ROLE

The position is in its Southport Office, where its specialist lawyers deal with a range of legal matters on behalf of individuals and businesses. The firm has one of the most successful residential property departments in the UK, having recently won a prestigious conveyancing award celebrating excellence in client care at the 2017 Modern Law Conveyancing Awards.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner will be given the opportunity to work with a leading private practice firm that can offer security, a friendly and collaborative working environment and a clear progression route.

The caseload will consist of:

* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases to include leasehold flats
* Shared ownerships
* Auction properties
* Buy to lets
* New builds
