It fields teams of lawyers with backgrounds in the pick of the onshore legal sector, advising an impressive array of clients on the offshore elements of many of the biggest matters to hit the market.

Its London team advises clients on a range of Cayman and BVI legal matters, typically working alongside top City law firms. Its funds practice is particularly well-respected and it is looking to add further strength in depth through the appointment of a junior funds lawyer or a corporate lawyer who is interested in developing a career in funds. The role will likely suit someone with around one to four years’ relevant experience gained in a good City/equivalent firm.
