The Role
Our client is now seeking dedicated Conveyancing Lawyers to join their Lexcel accredited firm in Newton-le-Willows. The successful lawyers will be capable of handling a diverse caseload which may include: residential and commercial conveyancing; re-mortgages; freehold and leasehold property; licences; deeds of variation; transfers of equity; lease extensions and; right to buy. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels and always put the client first.

The Candidate
Applications are welcome from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Conveyancers with 1+ years’ experience gained at a reputable firm;
