Residential Conveyancer

My client is a national legal 500 law firm with an excellent reputation in the South West and are looking to add Qualified Residential Property Solicitor to their expanding team in Southampton.

The ideal candidate will have 1 - 5 yrs PQE and have significant residential property experience. The current team handle a wide range of conveyancing issues, including buying and selling of freehold and leasehold properties as well as lease extensions, transfers of equity and development work. You must have experience of handling the legal aspects of the residential conveyancing process from start to finish whether its freehold or leasehold properties.

For this role you will be managing a varied caseload so its important that you stay calm under pressure and have the ability to effectively time management your tasks and work to strict deadlines.
