The Role

Because the firm are expanding, they are looking for a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join their flourishing team in their prestigious office in Canterbury, Kent.

This is a great opportunity to join a flourishing, well established and reputable law firm and to hone your skills, handle an incredible level of high net worth Commercial disputes, and handle matters that are first page worthy in newspapers across Kent and London.

The Commercial Dispute Resolution team deals with a wide range of work including Contract Disputes, Construction and Engineering Contracts, Partnership Disputes, IP, Insolvency, Insurance Law and Professional Negligence.

You will work on a very interesting, varied level of Dispute work; the team has an incredible level of work flowing into the department, from years of servicing the region, and a lot of the work is City level.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Dispute Resolution Solicitor (2+ PQE)
  • The successful Dispute Resolution Solicitor will work well as a team
  • The successful Dispute Resolution Solicitor will have excellent client care skills
  • The successful Dispute Resolution Solicitor will be an excellent communicator
