Our client is a global business and a market leader. 

New positions are now available for talented commercial contracts managers around EMEA including:

As a contract manager you will be fully integrated into the businesses project activity, working alongside the projects, commercial and legal functions. The remit requires the role holders take responsibility for contract management activity from RFP, so you must have advanced contract management experience plus claims management experience. 

For consideration applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

• 4+ years pre-award contract management experience
• Business fluent English. Other relevant languages will be an advantage 
• EPC, claims and big-ticket projects experience is essential
• Contract negotiation and drafting experience
• Multi-partner projects experience 
• Industry experience within heavy industry, technology, construction, energy, infrastructure or comparable industries
• Commercially astute, adept at building business relationships, able to work effectively with internal and external key partners
