Construction Litigation Associate

BCL Legal is assisting a top 100 UK practice, seeking to recruit a junior construction litigation associate to join their Legal 500 and Chamber ranked construction litigation team in Guildford. This is one of the most profitable firms in the UK, providing excellent long-term career opportunities.

The role:

The construction litigation associate joining this team will undertake a broad range of contentious construction matters including adjudication, arbitration and litigation in the TCC, payment disputes and professional negligence claims for a broad range of clients including:

* Major corporates;
* High net worth individuals;
* Construction professionals;
* Contractors and sub-contractors.

Candidate requirements:

* NQ-4 PQE.
* Strong academic background.
* Training and experience in construction gained with a leading regional or national practice.
* Construction litigation experience is preferred but candidates with broader commercial litigation experience that have a demonstrable interest in construction litigation work should also apply.
