This US law firm with an top tier Employment practice are seeking an employment lawyer between 1 and 4 PQE.
The role is mixed contentious and non-contentious (roughly 60:40). On the contentious side, the team represent employers at the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal, High Court and Court of Appeal. On the non-contentious side, the team work on business transfers, restructuring programmes and the termination and recruitment of executives.
The Employment team sits within Employment & Pensions. The team overall is large but there are only a few lawyers focusing on employment matters. This is an exciting time to join a growing team and to get lots of responsibility/client contact at the early stages of your career. On offer is a competitive salary.
