A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor is required for a Regional Lexcel-accredited multi-disciplinary firm in Oswestry, Shropshire.

Operating for 50 years within Shropshire, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.

Working in a busy department, you will handle a varied caseload of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, buy to let, leasehold and refinancing. The departments handles transactions in a non-volume environment where clients enjoy a professional and personal service.

Applications are invited from experienced Residential Conveyancers who have worked in a similar well-established environment. We are seeking candidates that have at least 3 years PQE, however those outside of this banding will also be considered provided they have the relevant experience.
