A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive is required for a small legal practice based in North London. They are offering a competitive salary and benefits package, which is negotiable dependent on experience.

My client is a successful, long-established regional practice with an enviable reputation. The firm takes on a supportive role within the local community, whilst also providing a professional legal service. The firm's clients vary from individuals to companies, and the teams are constantly dealing with new work.

Due to continued growth and the amount of work coming in, the firm is looking to expand the Residential Conveyancing Department. Our client would like to add an additional Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 3+ years PQE.

Applications are invited from ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitors / Legal Executives who want to focus on good quality and high net worth property transactions. The team advise on sales and purchases across a range of residential property, including houses and flats. They also deal with the requirements of lenders in relation to sales and purchases and manage site set ups and plot sales for developer clients and so the work on offer really is first class.
