Legal Counsel

Are you a legal counsel or a commercial solicitor within private practice looking to make career move? An excellent opening has arisen for a Lawyer/Solicitor/Legal Counsel.

Purpose of the role:

You will be providing exceptional legal advice, supporting the Senior Legal Counsel as well as dealing with a wide range of commercial matters.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will be a commercially astute solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE.

Strong experience within commercial law.

Candidates can derive from either an in-house or private practice environment.

Opportunity:

The firm are able to provide exposure to a broad range of commercial matters including, Commercial Contracts, Intellectual Property matters, Data Protection, Competition Law and Property work.

You will need to have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to adapt to the fast pace and changing nature of the environment.

Candidates will need to have significant experience of commercial contract law, along with excellent negotiation and problem solving skills.
