Our client, a FTSE 250 property group are looking for an experienced lawyer to join their growing legal team, heading up a new fast-growing business division.

This lawyer will support a new branch of their business which deals with residential property development. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal for Property, this role will enjoy a high level of autonomy assisting on all property and commercial matters.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years' post-qualification property experience with a well-regarded city firm. They may either still be in private practice or have already moved in-house. The successful candidate will benefit from some exposure to residential development work, or a real interest in developing their career in this space.

There will be an expectation for the appointee to travel to various regional developments.
