Plot Sales Solicitor

The Role

The company are looking to hire an experienced plot sales solicitor (3+ years PQE) to join their In-House legal team working across London.

The current Legal team is small but comprised of Solicitor formerly working in the City and West End. They have 1 to 1 admin support and are integral to the wider business model of this Property Developer.

Plot sales will be a key component of the role, along with, an understanding of affordable housing leases. A broader range of commercial and residential knowledge is essential, as there will be a broad range of lease work to attend to.

The Requirements

• The company are seeking to hire a Plot Sales Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience required for this role).
• The company would consider a Solicitor or Legal Executive.
• You will have a good technical knowledge.
• You will be a go-getter and look to integrate yourself into the companies infrastructure.
• Salary is between 55k - 75k depending on experience.
• A company car or travel costing arrangement is part of the package.
