Corporate PSL

This modern international law firm hasa maternity cover Corporate PSL vacancy to cover the role of a senior Corporate PSL. To suit a candidate with solid private M&A experience. Public company / ECM experience always desirable but not essential. 4 or 5 days a week.

THE ROLE

To work as part of a professional support team across a number of practice areas within Corporate, such as private company, private equity, commercial, technology and venture capital. The role will include the normal range of PSL duties such as current awareness, updating standard forms and precedents, training and answering fee earner queries.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

This position requires at least 4 years experience as a corporate fee earner within a firm with a recognised corporate practice. You may have additional PSL experience but this is not essential. You should have a good working knowledge of the Companies Act 2006, private M&A sale and purchase and contract law. As well as your strong technical skills, a professional support role needs good communication skills combined with a confident and personable manner.
