Commercial Property Fee Earner

A fantastic new role has arisen for a skilled Commercial Property Fee Earner to join a highly regarded firm based in Nottingham. Joining a well-regarded practice, you will take on a diverse role by running your own Commercial Property caseload and helping to further develop the firm's Commercial Property department. Ideally you will be a qualified Chartered Legal Executive or alternatively have upwards of five years commercial property fee earning experience. This role would suit a strong Chartered Legal Executive or non-qualified Fee Earner who is looking to broaden their experience and take on a new challenge in their career. The Role:

You will hit the ground running with your own caseload of traditional Commercial Property work under minimum supervision. This will include generalist buying and selling properties, leases, assignments of leases and more.

Due to the caseload covering a range of Commercial Property work, you will have the opportunity to help develop this area further and bring in more work. Therefore, Business Development and networking will be encouraged although there is a strong caseload for you to pick up and manage straight away.

The Candidate:

The firm is ideally looking to recruit a Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of three years' experience. This is a rough guideline and our client is happy to be fairly flexible with this - so if you think you have what it takes and would be confident managing a commercial property caseload from day one then please don't hesitate to apply.
