The Opportunity

As part of our strategy for further growth and development we are looking for a part-time Consultant to be based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. You will be specialising in legal and compliance recruitment for major international companies from Legal Counsel to General Counsel and from Compliance Officer to Chief Compliance Officer level across the Benelux region within the life sciences, industrial, sports, technology, FMCG and professional services sectors. This is a fast paced, varied role that would suit an experienced professional, ideally with a Legal background within 'Professional Services' recruitment sectors, however this is not essential.

You'll be a thorough, switched on and commercially savvy professional who not only engages with the market's best candidates but also engages with clients and ensures their requirements will be met. You understand the challenges of hiring in lean (legal) structures with budget constraints and often complex matrix reporting lines.
