Document Review Opportunities - Paralegals

The roles will be focused around commercial/corporate documentation, and you will have the opportunity to:

• manage a team of lawyers and paralegals reviewing, amending and negotiating on documentation;
• develop relationships with stakeholders across the business and across jurisdiction;
• supporting transactions in a commercial/corporate/M&A documentation context.

As such, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• experience working in documentation teams (ideally from a management position);
• demonstrable experience in managing multiple stakeholder relationships across a business;
• experience in using case management software;
• any experience of implementing procedure and methods of work, or setting up a team, would be highly beneficial.
