Court of Protection Lawyer sought for a top ranking department in their Harrow office.

The Role
Our client is now seeking a motivated Court of Protection Lawyer to join their busy department in Harrow. With at least one year’s experience, you will be joining the Court of Protection department, working alongside an experienced and professional team of expert lawyers. Having an empathetic approach, you will undertake duties to include: ancillary applications such as trustee orders; personal injury trusts; deputyship applications and administration and; statutory wills and gift applications.

The successful candidate will actively participate in business development and marketing initiatives to generate new business for the firm. In return, you can expect a competitive remuneration package and career progression.

The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of one years’ experience in Court of Protection matters.
Additional experience in Mental Capacity law is essential.
Be empathetic with top class client care and communication skills.
Actively participate in business development, networking and marketing initiatives.
Professional development will be an integral part of your duties.
