Leading top tier Irish firm is looking to hire an additional Banking lawyer to join their Dublin based team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an impressive portfolio both Irish and International clients. The role will allow you to work closely with major players in the Irish financial services and banking sector as well as working with overseas banks and investors.
Role Profile:
The role offers the chance to gain experience working on a wide range of financing transactional work notably on debt financing transactions which will include:
- Management buy-out financings.
- Property financings.
- Debt capital markets transactions.
- Syndicated loans.
- Loan portfolio sales.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor with circa 2-4 years PQE and experience in banking or financial services law.
- Excellent academic track record.
- Commercially aware with excellent client facing skills.
