Market-leading Scottish law firm is looking to hire an additional newly qualified lawyer to join their high-profile Banking & Funds team based in their offices in Edinburgh.
The role will involve working with several high ranking Partners, presenting the opportunity to gain a broad range of experience across all aspects of Banking & Funds and will include:
- Investment funds;
- Funds structure & formation;
- Debt finance;
- Acquisition finance;
- Real estate finance.
Ideally, candidates will have a completed a 6 month seat in banking, finance or funds however, candidates with experience gained during transactional seats in traineeship are also invited to apply.
