Top tier Legal 500 law firm based in Suffolk seek a driven and ambitious Company Commercial Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected and reputable firm with exciting growth plans.
Role Description
The successful applicant will work alongside a team of experienced Solicitors that are recommended as some of the best in the region in their field. You will manage a caseload that will encompass all aspects of company commercial work. A large proportion of the caseload will include handling mergers and acquisitions with values in the multi-millions. The remainder of the work will include negotiating and drafting commercial contracts for a varied client base.
Candidate Specification
To be considered for this position you must be a qualified Company Commercial Solicitor with a minimum of two years PQE.
Remuneration
The salary on offer is £40,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on PQE. For the right candidate, possessing considerable experience and drive, this opportunity will have Partnership potential in the future.
