Corporate Paralegal

We are working with a City firm who are seeking an experienced paralegal to provide full and proactive support to their corporate team.

The role will involve transactional corporate work such as UK M&A, financings, AIM listings, providing general support in all areas, running company searches, carrying out research and drafting ancillary documentation for transactions.

Joining a young and dynamic team focusing on corporate deals for technology clients the chosen candidate must have the ability to work as part of a small team, previous experience of working as a paralegal on corporate transactions and excellent communication skills.

This is an excellent opportunity for a bright Paralegal to join a small and friendly team and gain exposure to good quality corporate work.

Applications are sought from paralegals who have at least 12 months corporate experience gained at a law firm. Applicants must have excellent academics including a 2:1 or higher and completion of the LPC.
