An education body in Belfast City Centre require a paralegal to join their appeals and complaints team on a 6 month contract.

This is a full time role where you will be required to provide professional support for the student appeals and complaints management team.

Your new role

Your duties will include but not be limited to:

• To provide expert advice on the administration and management of individual student cases
• Provide authoritative advice, guidance and training on relevant policies, regulations, procedures and processes to staff and sabbatical officers, students, and external agencies.
• Advise and process complex cases in line with University regulations and liaise with relevant parties as appropriate.
• Ensure the availability of effective communication for staff and students, including use of the web.

What you'll need to succeed

Relevant Experience:

• At least 2-3 years' paralegal experience
• Previous experience handling claims
• Previous experience handling complaints
