Family Solicitor with expertise in client management and private client finance work sought by Lexcel accredited, niche Family firm in Bedford, offering a competitive salary and annual bonus opportunity.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Family Solicitor with an excellent track record in Family law and expertise in client management to manage their own caseload at a successful firm. The role will involve private client finance work, so experience in this area is essential. You will conduct your own advocacy and be comfortable in handling a complex caseload autonomously, but be able to delegate appropriately to more junior Solicitors when necessary. The role is permanent and full-time, although candidates who meet the firm’s criteria and who may seek to work part-time will be considered. In return, the firm offers a competitive salary depending on experience and an annual bonus is also achievable. A range of staff training and career development opportunities are also on offer.
The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Solicitors with 5 years’ plus PQE in Family law.
Ideally, you will possess exceptional client care skills.
A full clean driving licence and use of a car during working hours are essential.
Client management will be your main area of strength and experience.
A passion for conducting your advocacy is required.
You shall be highly IT proficient.
The Firm
Our client is a specialist firm with a number of offices in the Bedfordshire area, offering a dedicated Family practice with an emphasis on providing an exceptional level of client service; this includes out of hours appointments, home visits, a dedicated telephone service and video conferencing. The firm offers a wide range of services including mediation, collaborative law, conflict management and coaching and represents clients across the UK and internationally. Continuing to expand, the firm is now looking to recruit a Family Solicitor. The role will be primarily based in the firm’s Bedford office, with some occasional but necessary travel, working from the firm’s other manned office in Northampton plus their satellite offices and the Courts. Candidates should therefore hold a full clean driving licence and have use of a car during working hours.
