This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 5yrs PQE to join the property department of this highly respected and estatablished firm in Canterbury.
This firm strives to maintain a high quality service and the majority of its clients come through recommendation.
You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of medium to high value residential property files and some light commercial work, from instruction through to completion. Your experience should include working within the CQS framework and include leasehold and shared ownership properties.
