Commercial Property Solicitor

With this in mind, our client are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to their Commercial Property department on a full-time, permanent basis.

This Commercial Property role will allow the Commercial Property Solicitor to deal with a full caseload with a broad range of matters. Acting on behalf of individuals and SME's this role will require the Commercial Property Solicitor to attend to matters of buying, selling and letting of both residential and commercial premises, landlord and tenant matters and lease renewals. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor, ILEX or equivalent with upwards of 3 years' PQE* who has dealt with a broad range of Commercial Property matters.
