My client is a specialist law firm based in Gateshead. They are now looking to expand their Residential Property team by recruiting for a Fee Earner for bulk conveyancing.

The role

You will be managing a caseload of files that include but not limited to;

• Freehold and Leasehold
• Help to Buy
• New build (purchase and sale)
• Right to Buy
• Shared ownership

The candidate

You will be experienced in dealing with a personal caseload of residential property matters, you will have fantastic communication skills both orally and written. Ability to manage own bulk case load and work to tight deadlines is also essential.
