The Role:
-Joining a successful Litigation team, the team take on high quality work and are headed up by a successful partner.
-You will gain exposure to a broad range of Finance Litigation matters covering both commercial and private disputes.
- Key tasks will involve things such as mortgage miss-selling, breach of contract, FOS (Financial Ombudsman) serice claims as well as repossessions.
-Clients include businesses across a broad range of sectors including technology and banking.
-Our client will thoroughly invest in your career development and the sky is the limit in terms of the places this role could take you.

The Candidate:
-In order to be considered, you must have demonstrable experience working in Litigation, preferably with a strong financial focus although those from a strong litigation background looking to retrain into Finance Litigation are encouraged to apply.
-You must be able to demonstrate a strong commercial aptitude in line with the ethos of the firm.
- An understand of the content and application of the Money Code of Business Rules ("MCOB") is desired as well as Experience of handling claims with FOS or FSCS
-The role would suit someone looking to specialise in this field of work due to excellent opportunity for progression and career development.
