Residential Conveyancer - Newcastle

Our Client based in Newcastle are recruiting for a Residential Conveyancer to join their busy Residential Property team.

The role:

• Responsible for the management of a varied residential conveyancing caseload;
• Help the team meet financial targets by ensuring accurate and realistic fee estimates and also work efficiently to maximise financial performance;
• Work efficiently alongside other members of the team;
• To participate in business development;
• To build, maintain and nurture an appropriate network of contacts, referrers and business partners;
• Keep up to date with developments in the law and ensure training requirements are fulfilled;
• Comply with the firms policies and procedures in relation to each working day,

The candidate:

• A high performing fee earner whom completes work accurately, reliably and in accordance with the firm's risk and quality management procedures;
• Fee earning experience with a minimum of 1 years handling a busy caseload;
• Excellent time management and communication skills;
• Good team player, reliable and hard working.

Competitve salary, dependant on experience.
