We are currently representing a multinational FTSE 100 client in the retail who are seeking to hire a commercial lawyer to assist their UK legal team.
The Role
The successful commercial lawyer will sit within a well-established and collegiate legal team that advise all divisions across the group. You will undertake a broad role and be responsible for managing all aspects of a range of commercial contracts working with internal clients with procurement, marketing, sales and technology teams, amongst others.
The position is offered as a 12 month contract and will be based in Central London.
About you
You will have qualified as a lawyer in the UK, Australia or New Zealand and have gained excellent commercial contracts experience in a City law firm or a multinational business. Due to the level of responsibility offered this role would be well suited to a commercial lawyer of 4+ PQE. This role is an excellent opportunity for a commercial lawyer who enjoys a broad role in a fast paced business.
