The Opportunity

Two vacancies at a leading full service law firm with offices along the M4 corridor has arisen within their Cardiff office. The firm are highly rated in Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500 and have a national client base of SMEs, large corporate and PLCs and public sector bodies. You will be joining a high performing team in Cardiff and take an active role in its growth and development. The work is of a very high quality and you will gain excellent experience under some market leading Lawyers. Clients include commercial businesses, not-for-profit organisations, private individuals and government agencies.

The firm are looking for 2 lawyers within their large Real Estate team, one of which is general commercial property focussed and the other more social housing focussed.

Experience and skills required

• A qualified Solicitor / Lawyer with post qualification experience in Commercial Property  and/or Social Housing
• Excellent academics (2:1 LLB degree is desired)
• Client focused and technically sound
• Personable with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Someone who has a keen interest in business development and building client relationships.
