Our Legal 500 client has been established in the area for over a century and as a result has an excellent reputation for the services they provide. The firm is dedicated to expansion and over recent years has been significantly investing in its offices and its technology. As a result of this expansion, the firm is now looking for a passionate Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join the department in Sheffield.

A full and varied caseload awaits the successful candidate, including the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties, remortgaging, shared ownership and more. Furthermore, the traditional nature of the firm means that you will be assisting on the files from start to completion with plenty of client contact.

The department has a great working environment and the team is close-knit, meaning you will be joining a strong and supportive workplace. A like-minded and hardworking individual, who is enthusiastic and personable, would be a good match for this thriving, dynamic team.

Our client envisages the successful applicant to have around 12 months experience in Residential Conveyancing, however, more important than exact experience level is a willingness to demonstrate technical ability and the enthusiasm to deliver a high-quality service to all clients. Therefore, our client would be happy to consider applications from candidates who fall outside of this bracket, but can show the relevant skill set and passion necessary for the role.
