My client is a Legal 500 registered Law and they are one of the largest in the North East; they are a multi-disciplined firm with both regional and national reach. My Client has a rare opportunity in their Dispute Resolution team for a Dispute Resolution solicitor.

The Role;

You will be expected to handle cases independently and assist a Partner with a wide range of cases from contractual disputes to high value multi-track and technically complex matters.

Key aspects of the role include:

• Commercial litigation
• Property litigation

The role will also involve working alongside colleagues in our Company Commercial, Employment and Commercial Property teams to minimize litigation for existing clients, work to resolve contractual disputes pre-proceedings and deal with contested matters up to trial.

The Candidate;

Ideally as a Solicitor you will be a minimum of 1 years PQE and will have experienced of working on a caseload, you will have a proven track record and will demonstrate the ability to work under time pressure and working to client's requests. You will have excellent attention to detail as well an excellent communication skill both written and spoken.
