Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting and negotiating surrenders, lease renewals and licenses and sales and acquisitions
- Undertaking completions
- Preparing SDLT returns
- Making applications to Companies House and Land Registry
- A lot of client contact
- Title investigation
- Supporting the wider team with major projects
Profile
The successful candidate will have excellent academics and some experience in a Real Estate department.
