The corporate team acts for clients ranging from public companies, high net worth investors to owner-managed business and entrepreneurs.

Description

Key responsibilities will include:

- Drafting legal documents and preparing correspondence to be sent to clients

- A lot of client contact

- Undertake legal research when instructed and on own initiative

- Undertake some administrative duties including file opening and closing and scanning/photocopying when required
