Associate, M&A (3-6 PQE) - 14542/HI

This leading UK law firm is seeking a US-qualified lawyer with capital markets experience to support their M&A practice in Hong Kong or Shanghai. Ideally, you hold substantial experience and skills in China-related M&A projects, joint ventures, private equity investments, IPOs and debt offerings, gained at a top US law firm. Significant exposure to transactions in both the financial services and TMT sectors would be highly beneficial. Candidates must have a high level of fluency in spoken Mandarin Chinese.
