Have you legal aid experience? A firm based in Liverpool are looking for a Legal Aid Costs Draftsman to join their team.
You will have previous Legal Aid experience within Costs and have previously dealt with Family and Civil related matters.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Preparing Claim 2 bills
- Preparing breakdowns for negotiations
- Preparing legal aid claim 1 and claim 1a bills.
- Preparing documents in support of Notice of Commencement
- Preparing papers to accompany N258 form.
Ideally you will have experience of working with CCMS.
The salary on offer is £20,000 - £25,000
