Legal Counsel

We have been retained by a multinational pharmaceuticals business that is a leader in pain medicines. An opportunity has arisen in its Cambridge based international legal team for a Legal Counsel. This role will involve drafting, negotiating and advising on a range of complex commercial contracts, advising on IP licensing, distribution and competition matters.

The successful candidate is likely to have at least 2 years of post-qualification experience* with excellent drafting and project management skills. This position supports the business development team so candidates can expect a varied role where every day is different. Candidates working in private practice or in-house with a commercial contracting background and an understanding of patents and their exploitation are encouraged to apply.
